Pricing Notice: Pricing applies to yards ½ acre or less. Additional fees may apply for larger properties.

  1. Introduction
    Welcome to Doody-Free Poo Patrol (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By signing up for our dog waste removal services, you (“Customer”) agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before using our services.
  2. Service Agreement
    2.1. Our services include routine pet waste removal from residential and commercial properties based on the selected service plan.
    2.2. Service schedules are determined based on the frequency chosen by the Customer at the time of registration.
    2.3. We reserve the right to modify service schedules due to weather, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances. Notice will be provided when possible.
  3. Customer Responsibilities
    3.1. Customers must ensure that our team has safe and unobstructed access to the designated service area, including but not limited to ensuring that gates are unlocked and pets are secured.
    3.2. If access is blocked (e.g., locked gates, aggressive animals, hazardous conditions), to the extent that the service cannot be performed, the Customer will still be charged for that visit.
    3.3. Customers must maintain their property in a condition that allows our team to safely perform the service. Excessive debris, overgrown grass, or unsafe conditions may result in service suspension.
  4. Payments and Billing
    4.1. Customers agree to pay the agreed-upon rate for services, which may be billed on a recurring basis as selected at the time of registration.
    4.2. Payment is required in advance or upon completion of service, depending on the billing cycle.
    4.3. A late fee may be applied for any overdue payments beyond the due date. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate service for non-payment.
    4.4. No refunds will be issued for missed services due to Customer-related issues (e.g., locked gate, inaccessible yard).
  5. Service Modifications and Cancellations
    5.1. Customers may modify or cancel their service plan with advance notice. Any changes must be communicated in accordance with our cancellation policy.
    5.2. The Company reserves the right to discontinue service if Customer violates these Terms and Conditions or if conditions make service unsafe or impractical.
  6. Liability and Indemnification
    6.1. The Company shall not be liable for any damage to property, injury, or other claims arising from the Customer’s failure to comply with these Terms and Conditions.
    6.2. The Customer agrees to indemnify and hold the Company harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from their failure to provide a safe and accessible work environment.
    6.3. While we take precautions to ensure all gates are properly secured, the Company is not responsible for any pet escape incidents due to faulty latches or pre-existing conditions.
  7. Force Majeure
    The Company shall not be held responsible for service interruptions due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to severe weather, natural disasters, labor strikes, or other unforeseen events.
  8. Governing Law
    These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the state of North Carolina. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of Wake County, NC.
  9. Amendments
    We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Customers will be notified of any significant changes before they take effect.

Just wanted to get this to you but we do want to have some sort of referral program and add an acreage pricing tier as well.
