Cancellation Policy

At Doody-Free Poo Patrol, we understand that plans can change. To ensure efficient scheduling and service for all of our customers, we have the following cancellation policy in place:

  1. 48-Hour Notice Required
    • Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance  of your scheduled service to avoid charges.
  2. How to Cancel
    • All cancellations must be submitted through our website using the designated cancellation form. We do not accept cancellations via phone, email, or other methods. Check your booking here.
  3. Late Cancellations & Fees
    • Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled service will be charged the full service fee.
  4. Recurring Service Customers
    • If you need to cancel or reschedule a recurring service, please provide at least 48 hours’ notice to avoid being charged.
    • If you wish to permanently cancel your recurring service, please submit a cancellation request at least 5 days before your next billing cycle to prevent further charges.
  5. Weather & Unforeseen Circumstances
    • In cases of severe weather or other unexpected conditions preventing service, we will notify you as soon as possible and reschedule at the earliest convenience.
